This relaxing and cozy cottage is a brand new build and is located in a peaceful section of town with lake access just one street over! Located a little less than 1 mile down from the center of Sylvan Beach, home to restaurants, bars, casino and even an amusement park.
Please Note: There are cameras outside facing driveway, back yard and the doorbell. Visual only no audio. There are NO cameras facing the inside and NO cameras on the inside of the house.

Summary: The property is in pristine condition. It’s a new build and has all the amenities you would expect at a luxury villa or home. The beach is a two minute drive or 5 minute bike ride. It’s a perfect space for a family to create memories. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!!!

Summary: Our families--one family of 4 from Cleveland, OH and one family of 3 from Boston, MA--spent the weekend at this lovely lake home while visiting other family in the area. We could not have been more impressed! The house was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and all the amenities were top notch! The extra added touches such as free-to-use coffee pods, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were amazing! There was ample room for all of us and everything was clean, neat, and in perfect working order. The location was great--close to Sylvan Beach (and Eddies!), but also to our family up around another part of the lake. Communications with Meg were easy and she was beyond helpful! Check-in and check-out were a breeze--the hosts have really have their guests top of mind. We visit Sylvan Beach every summer and will definitely be back! I can't say enough great things about this lake cottage. :)
