Positive: It was fairly huge- easily fit four people. The bathroom was massive and very clean. Lived that it had a washer/dryer combo. Lynda was my favorite host, kind and most helpful (loved her accent ) such a gem!
Negative: The address has got to say Banchory, apparently 30 minutes away is where Google drops you. Be careful on finding Watson street in Banchory.

Positive: This was one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve been to. Close to the Main Street, but hidden enough to be peaceful and quiet. Big space. Everything good size, quantity and quality. It felt really like home and I think that is because the host and the lady who manages it (and she is such a kind and amazing lady) doesn’t think of it like a hotel with minimum to provide for maximum gains. Everything you would need was there and everything was in abundance. If I go there ever again I wouldn’t stay at any other place!

Positive: A very clean, well equipped and comfortable flat in an excellent location. Perfect for our short stay, but the level of accommodation would make it suitable for a longer stay too. The communication with the accommodation owner was clear, and check in was easy and informative. Will definitely be on my list when I'm looking for a room in the area.

Positive: The apartment is well placed in the centre of Banchory. It was spotlessly clean, warm and well presented. The underground parking is a bonus, albeit the allocated space is a tight squeeze if you drive a larger vehicle.
Negative: The towels and bed sheets had an unpleasant smell, possibly best described as smoky. The common stair door lock is a bit fiddly and takes a few turns to understand the knack of opening it.

Positive: I've stayed before and it's a fantastic well equipped flat. The communication, view, facilities, staff were all top quality but the price is friendly. I couldn't come on this occasion due to a big snow fall. I would definitely book again.

Positive: We received a very warm welcome from Lynda who showed us the apartment and handed over the keys. The apartment is spacious, has everything we could wish for and was very comfortable. We would have loved to use the balcony, unfortunately it was too cold, but it is a real plus. Duncan, the owner, was very responsive and helped with any requests immediately. We would definitely stay again.
