Summary: We stayed here after our sons wedding. It was a very clean property, comfortable beds, location is great for downtown activities. Any WMU alumni will recognize the old “student Ghetto” on Academy Street. The initial code provided didn’t work, the owner answered immediately when contacted and remedied the situation remotely. We will stay here again.

Summary: The house was very comfortable and big with tall ceilings! The kitchen on the first floor was very nice but wish it was stocked better with a blender and basics like spices. The bathrooms were very nice and well-appointed with lots of towels and washcloths which we appreciate. We had a wonttime and would stay here again.

Summary: This property is well cared for and well equipped for either a long stay or weekend. In downtown Kalamazoo it is safe and secure and close to Bronson Park, KIA and Kalamazoo Museum and many restaurants. Also a short drive to Kalamazoo Air Zoo and Gilmore Car Museum two Nationally rated museums and well worth the trip. We were in town for a family reunion.

Summary: The property was very nice, we loved how the original woodwork and character was maintained with the bathrooms all updated. Everyone was very comfortable there. The house was very secure, but I probably would not walk the area after dusk, but it was very close to our wedding venue and a short drive to grocery stores and we had Meijer delivery and a pizza delivery that took less than 30 minutes due to the location. The property was very well maintained.

Summary: Our stay included 4 adults and 7 teenagers - this property was perfect! Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. We weren't lacking for anything! Jamie was up on communication and that was appreciated, to think we could get a reply quickly, when needed. There are only 2 parking spots but there are spots in front if the house and the cost is only $3/day. I was a little worried about the parking situation, as we had 3 cars coming in, but it all worked out great! I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: We rented the entire house for my family (8 adults and 1 teen) to stay at while visiting my son at WMU. The house is spacious with enough room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. We all bring food to cook while staying for the weekend. Having both kitchens available to us made it very convenient. Our favorite thing is to sit on the front porch, drinking coffee and watching the city wake up. The house is walkable distance to all downtown Kalamazoo has to offer. We recommend this property and plan to stay again next year.
