A beautiful home, newly remodeled and perfect for large groups! You’ll find an open concept kitchen and living room. A master suite with its own private bathroom & two other guest rooms (1 room with 2 queens the other with queen) that share a great size bath. Each bedroom is furnished with a TV. This home is located right off Donaghey close to Hendrix, UCA, CBC & Conway Regional. Within walking distance of Bell Urban Farm stand where you can pick your selection of fresh flowers each Saturday!
Beautifully remodeled home located in the center of Conway! This home features an open dining and living room combo, perfect for entertaining or for family get togethers. Wifi is of course included and each bedroom features a smart TV where you can sign in with any of your TV Subscriptions for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen is fully stocked, but if there is something in particular you are needing that isn’t already included, we will be happy to get that to you. Extra blankets and pillows, TP, paper towels, soap, plenty of bath towels, iron, blow dryer, etc have been provided to help make your packing lighter and your stay simply perfect! Guests will be able to access the home after check-in with keyless entry..
Traveling with little ones? We offer baby equipment services to help ease the load of what you need to travel with! All items will be delivered to the house and set up for when you arrive!
Guests have access to the entire house. We also have a fenced in backyard that also features a gas grill!
This home is right around the corner to Hendrix and minutes away from UCA, CBC, and Downtown! Bell Urban Farms is located just across the street that features locally grown items where you can also purchase fresh flowers of your choice!
Please note that there is an additional fee for a pet deposit of $40. You will need to let us know prior to arriving if you are bringing a pet. This will need to be paid through Airbnb, Venmo, or CashApp!
Home is located near the train that runs through Conway. Those who have sensitivity to noise may experience some. However, we provide a noise machine for your use along with ear plugs in case you’re a light sleeper and assure you a great level of comfort regardless.
Just a reminder, we will provide plenty of essentials to get you settled in. Any stay that is longer than a couple of days will require shopping for supplies. Thank you for understanding as we aim to keep costs as low as possible to maximize guest value with great prices year round!

Summary: This house was perfect for my stay. The location was super convenient and provided easy access to local colleges, downtown and restaurants. The bedrooms had large, comfortable beds that could easily sleep 6-8 people. The open floor plan was perfect for me and my friends. We had a very enjoyable visit. The host was great. She responded quickly to any questions I had and worked with me on check in time. I would definitely book this house again.

Summary: Stay was very good for our family. Several things needed fixing, bar stool was wobbly as was the chair in master bedroom. Kitchen floor was pretty beat up making you think it was dirty. It wasn’t. Beds were a little high for seniors or short people. Overall it was a good place to stay. Donna K

Summary: Raegan was a great host! The home was spacious and very tastefully decorated. Most importantly, all of my family, including my 80 year old parents, reported that their beds were very comfortable!!! We slept well. The kitchen set up was ideal for our family outing. I recommend this location to others.

Summary: Raegan was in touch with us before and during our stay. She ensured that everything was as expected and was very responsive at all times. The beds were glorious after a long day of driving and I wished I could have stayed longer. While we were not there long, the property was well-supplied and very clean. Definitely a premier host!!

Summary: The home is nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Our host was very quick to respond when we had any questions and made sure that if we needed anything, she was available. Although the home is very close to trains and a busy street, we would definitely stay here again.
