Summary: From the minute we booked this property we were so excited, a month in Florida! Well we were not disappointed. The home is half of a duplex, the owner lives in The other side, which makes it very convenient if you need anything. He let us check in early and only a text away to answer any questions. The property is exactly as described and the pictures do not do it justice. Clean, lots of hot water, soft comfortable sheets, and rocking AC, we were in heaven. The kitchen was easily navigated and had all essential supplies to cook all our meals. The washer and dryer were new and easy to use. The back yard is all fenced our 5 lb Yorkie loved it. You could sit in the sun or in the in the shade of the trees. The neighbourhood was very safe and we were very comfortable there. I would definitely stay here again, absolutely loved it!!!
