Minimum 7-night rentals only. 5 acres of privacy. Private in-ground outdoor swimming pool, firepits, multiple decks and outdoor seating, weber grill, central air, Wi-Fi.
Grocery store nearby, beach, downtown Ludington, Lake Michigan, Hamlin Lake, rivers, all 10 minutes away. "Very large "commercial/chiefs" kitchen. Laundry. TV with Roku box and DVD. Bedrooms are 1 (very large) main level bedroom, which has a queen size bed, 2 twin beds, walk-in closet, and a bathroom just outside of the door. The upstairs level has 3 additional bedrooms, (1 queen room, and two twin rooms). There is also a half bath upstairs by the bedrooms.

Summary: This was the second stay at this property. The house was very clean and organized. A lot of things for everyone from games to swimming in the pool. I'm sure we will go back again. Close enough to both Lake Michigan an and several State Parks. Nice town with some very good restaurants and nice people

Summary: Property is as listed, clean, private and easy to get to. Close to everything, golf, lakes, beaches, restaurants, shopping, breweries & wineries. Nice yard to play yard games or relax by the pool. We had a great time definitely would recommend.

Summary: This home was really wonderful for our family vacation. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool with diving board and slide! The home was clean, spacious and worked well for our needs. Everything that we needed was provided and the owners are great people. The town is cute and only a few miles away (7mins), we enjoyed several restaurants and the park downtown. We made it to the beach a few times as well which was only about 10-15 minutes depending on which one you choose. We would definitely go back!
