Entire 3 bed 2 bath home to yourselves. Private in-ground pool with privacy, fenced in yard and mature fruit trees. Adorably updated. Fully functioning kitchen. Dog friendly! 1 car garage. Quiet neighborhood conveniently located to everything! Home security system. Only 25 minutes from the airport and Tybee Beach.

The pool is not heated but it is open year round. It is cleaned every Tuesday by a professional pool company and the grass is mowed weekly. Savannah gets hot, we also have pop up storms which bring out critters, if you’re not familiar with palmetto bugs please do your homework.

Summary: We booked the home for a quick weekend trip to visit my daughter. The home was exactly as described - very clean, cozy, comfy beds and had all of the amenities needed. We took our dogs with us and appreciated the toys and treats provided by the owner! The home is in a well established, quiet neighborhood which is a plus and is an easy commute to downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. The weather was nice so we were able to take advantage of the pool! Will stay again in the future. Thank you!

Summary: Great place to stay for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Clean, well maintained home! Wish the weather had cooperated so we could use the pool!

Summary: The house is clean and the neighborhood is convenient. It is very sparsely decorated with only one thin rug so glad we brought our dogs own bed to lie on. There were dog bowls and toys which he loved. The beds were comfortable but the furniture was cheap and falling apart. The pool is large and seemed heated but there were no pool chairs and only a picnic table and a couple wooden chairs by the fire pit. The master bath was tiny with no counter but a shelf was available. The shower was too small for my husband to use. The kitchen has no cutting knives or baking dishes. Think the house is good for a weekend visit but wasn’t a great fit for us for 2 weeks.

Summary: We came to Savannah for a baseball tournament for my son. This home was perfect for what we needed. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our own breakfasts/meals. It was also nice to have a fenced in yard for our pup. It was in a great location for us to get to the baseball fields easily, restaurants and downtown Savannah two of the four nights. All rooms were clean. I’m not sure the floors were cleaned well because when I wiped up spilled water, the paper towel was filthy, but we wore our shoes/slippers most of the time anyway. The backyard could have been better maintained but it is winter and it didn’t stop us from enjoy sitting outside. We did have a little hiccup with plumbing but Rachel the host was extremely responsive and willing to help immediately. Probably the best responsiveness I’ve ever experienced with a VRBO so that was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We ended up not bringing our dogs but thought the dog treats left out by the host were so special. So there were 3 adults that stayed and we all thought the place was super nice, comfortable and not to far from our daughters home. We will definitely be staying here again. I stayed home with a sick dog but my husband loved the pool to cold plunge. Thanks again Kevin and Kim Clark

Summary: The house was very cute, clean and was perfect for our family. I really enjoyed looking out at the pool but it was a little too chilly for us to swim. The owner was very thoughtful about having floats for the pool, play toys and treats for furry friends as well as treats for humans :) When we arrived, there was already some holiday decor with lights. I really appreciated the fact that some general use products were left instead of having to buy every little thing just to throw it away at the end. It was a good location for us to visit our family and downtown Savannah.

Summary: We liked this place, it was clean, spacious enough, pet friendly, in a quiet neighborhood; the drive to the downtown area was more like 25 min rather than 15, but it wasn’t a big deal. Nice backyard with a pool. Recommend!
