This home has three levels, with 2 stairwells, one leading to the upper level and one leading to the basement. There are 3 stairs to enter the home.
Free Wifi (700+ MB speeds). Keyless Entry. Video recording system (Ring) has been installed at the front/back of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety, a TV in all upstairs bedrooms, and a private Master suite in the basement with its own private entry.
Main Level
Upon entering through the front door, you will see the living room to your right, the stairs directly in front of you and a hallway that leads to the Kitchen. The Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room are connected with a wrap around, open concept layout. The Dining Room features a large table that seats 8 guests. The living room has a 65” in. ROKU TV set up in guest mode for you to enjoy you’re personal streaming services.
The Kitchen is setup to accommodate 8 people to include the basic essential cooking supplies. Small appliances include a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and microwave.
Upstairs Level
Master
Upstairs is a Master Bedroom with a private Full Bathroom, two windows and two single closets. A 55” ROKU TV is setup in guest mode to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to.
Bedroom 2 & 3
The other two Bedrooms, have their own closets and 32” ROKU TVs set up in guest mode for you to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to. Both Bedrooms share a Full Bathroom in the Hallway.
Downstairs Level - Bedroom 4
This level is a walkout Basement with private Full Bathroom (w/ standing shower). This room features a King sized bed. Very open and simple space.
The laundry room is also downstairs in the storage area (please bring your detergent).
