Summary: The owner was AMAZING with communication with an impressive response time. Many of the issues brought up in the old reviews have been addressed - new linens, new mattresses, etc. They are clearly very attentive and responsive to their renters.

Summary: We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for my family and the kids. Walking distance to a large park/pool and also had a playground in the backyard. The house may not be a brand new build but we were comfortable with kids. Our host was flexible and responsive to our questions. Would recommend!

Summary: The property was perfect for a long weekend stay with family: young old and in-between. We were in the area to attend a family wedding and the house was just right for us. The backyard play set and nearby park we’re a huge plus. Also, thank you Rony for your responsiveness when we asked for help with the outdoor lighting.

Summary: The size of the house worked great for our group. The house had everything needed however you had to really look for things in the closets which could have been more organized. It needs a little TLC. The location was great for us.

Summary: We had a great time at Rony's place. It was the perfect size for my immediate family to stay over for my wedding. We were very particular about the bathroom and the were really clean when we got there. The whole house smelled sanitized as soon as we opened the front door. I'd definitely book this place again next time my family is in town.

Summary: We were in town for a wedding. The property has the necessary amenities and a decently stocked kitchen (pots pans, salt & pepper etc). The house is a little rough around the edges, but it was ok for us with young kids. Main space was great for kids to play, and the playground in the back was nice.
