Summary: We rented this home for several of our family members to stay in while attending a wedding. The house was amazing. Tons of room, very clean, supplies available if needed such as body wash, shampoo, etc. the neighborhood was extremely nice, clean, and quite. Communication with owner was great, always responded quickly to any questions and let us know if something was different.

Summary: Great property with plenty of space to spread out and spend time with extended family. The owner was great to work with and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood when we weren’t sightseeing. I highly recommend this home!

Summary: The house was beautiful and worked well for a place to stay as a family for an out of town wedding week-end. We do have a couple of items that the owner might want to consider unless he is going to make it his permanent home. The reason we picked this house was because it was the only one we found with a bedroom/bath on the main floor. My husband is 80 years old and has health issues one of which is a balance problem. He is weak and with the balance issue cannot climb stairs. Much to our dismay the main floor bath had a tub/shower with no hand rails. Due to a stroke and his weakness, he could not lift his leg high enough to get in the tub so that was a problem. With two big grown men we managed to get him upstairs to the walk in shower but again no hand rails to hold on to. I went in with him to assist so he would not fall. We only did this twice and he really needed to shower daily but that's life. We realize someone old and with severe health problems will most likely not stay there again if ever but it could possibly cause a problem if someone fell and hurt them self. If there was a printout somewhere of "what" we were to do when leaving I did not see it. I did empty trash downstairs but I also cannot climb stairs so did not check the upstairs and left that to the ones who were sleeping up there. Again the place was wonderful and worked well. We had family from Nebraska and friends from Hawaii come by for pizza and had plenty of room. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The owner might want to check on his cleaning crew as the freezer and oven were both quite dirty.

Summary: The location was great, easy access to all the places we were going. The house was beautiful, would love to stay there again. Only issue is that I am someone that likes to plan so having some information at last minute from owner made me nervous.

Summary: Property and landlord are definitely 5 star all the way. Property was perfect and in excellent shape and with more supplies than I have ever seen in an rental. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again.
