This is a beautiful six bedroom home located in the luxurious Community of Davenport with plenty of SUNSHINE and plenty of things to do! The home has 2 master suites that’s over 3,000 sq.ft. This spacious home is all yours with amenities including, WIFI, private pool and whirlpool spa, spacious bedrooms, dine in kitchen, extra lounge living area. Solterra Club House is one block away, includes workout gym, community pool with slide, lazy river, tennis court, gulf resort, Cafe Sol Bar & Grill. Minutes away from Disney World, shopping malls, and other tourist attractions!
Bedroom 1- located on the first level. Extra large room with Queen bed.
Master suite 2- a King bed and private bathroom with the shower, this bedroom is located on the second floor and includes a walk in closet.
Bedroom 3- located on the second floor includes one queen bed.
Bedroom 4-upstairs includes two twin size beds.
Bedroom 5-upstairs include two twin size beds.
Bedroom 6-located on the second floor, includes king size bed. This room is a master suite and has a oversized bathroom and a walk in closet.
Each bedroom has its own flat screen smart TV. Each bathroom includes a hairdryer.
Enjoy the outside private pool area that features a heated pool and whirlpool spa. Lanai for shade or lounge space to relax and sun bathe. There is a game room and lounge for guests.
Please note that heat for pool is $35 per day.

Each bedroom has its own flatscreen smart television. There is also a pull-out sofa bed for extra guests. There are a total of 5 beautiful bathrooms for your comfort and privacy. Enjoy the outside private pool area that features a grill, heated pool and whirlpool spa. Lanai for shade or lounge space to relax and sunbathe. There is a game room and lounge for guests. Please note that the heat for the pool is 35 USD per day. Absolutely NO loose trash is allowed in the trash bin. Trash must be placed in a trash bag tied. Any loose trash placed in the bin will incur a 100 USD fee.

Summary: We stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The owner was extremely helpful and accomodating. The house was clean and had everything we would want and need. I would definitely recommend this home!!!

Summary: The house is big, clean, and safe with a pool fence and door alarm to keep kids from going outside without anyone knowing. It is close to Disney and Universal and Disney Springs, but it also has a large pool and a hot tub which are amazing to relax in-whether the whole time you’re there or after a long day walking around the parks! We loved the master bedroom with the huge tub, and having enough bathrooms each family we brought had their own to use! The second sitting room upstairs was nice, too! Overall this was the nicest house we’ve ever stayed in, and if we go back to Florida again, we’d love to stay there! Our host was so easy to reach and very helpful when we needed it!
