This is a brand-new house and is fresh and crisp. This house is located in the Ferndale area of Glen Burnie MD. The Ferndale Light Rail Station is right across the street and it's 3 stops away from BWI Airport. There is a 7-11 two doors down, a pizza and sub shop around the corner, Neighborhood bar, Ice Cream shop, and Liquor Store all within walking distance. There is driveway parking and plenty of street parking. 65" Plasma TV in living room, 3.5 baths, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 10 comfortably.

Summary: I brought seven employees to Baltimore for an industry convention. This place was perfect for us. There was a bed for all of us and three showers (plus one additional half bath). It has a really nice deck and fenced-in backyard. The off-street parking pad easily accommodated our sprinter van. Location was about 15 minutes from the downtown area where the convention was held. The neighborhood felt safe. There were groceries, gas, and restaurants nearby. Overall, it felt like a great value for a three night stay. Would recommend to anyone with a larger group visiting Baltimore.

Summary: The location of the property is great for local grocery stores and restaurants. The walking distance to the Light Rail was great for trips to Camden Yards. The house has plenty of space for large family. The back deck was nice for grilling, eat crabs, and enjoying the amazing weather. We will rent this property again when back in Baltimore.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay for a little getaway!! Convenient to downtown Baltimore and all areas surrounding. Neighborhood was quiet. House is a great size for a family of 6 to stretch out after a day full of sight seeing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were nicely done. My husband and boys loved the big tv :) The house could use a good deep cleaning. Definitely seemed lived in and loved. Surfaces were clean but noticed cobwebs in some corners (no critters!) and dusty air return vents ( we wiped a couple off). Even with those minor issues, we’d definitely stay here again and would recommend as a rental. Thank you for having this home available to rent!

Summary: The place is super convenient to BWI which is something we needed and it had great space for our family. Furnishings were quite basic but we weren't looking for luxury. In general, the house was super dirty. Sinks and toilets were clean; sheets and towels seemed freshly washed. But floors, walls, showers and all other surfaces were just filthy. In need of a cleaning from top to bottom.

Summary: We were very comfortable in Jerry's house in Ferndale MD for our family reunion. The host was very responsive and communicative before and during the first half of our stay. The photos on the website do not do this house justice! There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath on the first floor. There are three bedrooms and two full baths on the second floor. There any large windows throughout the house providing great natural lighting and ventilation. The kitchen had a large fridge, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, and all the accessories needed to cook and eat meals. The house was well-stocked with cleaning supplies and consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc). The only negative was a water supply line leak under the kitchen sink. The host stopped in (on a Sunday!) within two hours of being notified, tried to fix the leak, and scheduled a plumber for the next day (a holiday Monday). Unfortunately, the plumber was a no-show, and the host did not respond to further messages.
