Summary: The private beach was EVERYTHING! The wagon was a big help getting our things down to the lake. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 5. Lots and lots of fans to keep the air moving, but no a/c and it did heat up inside in the evenings despite our best efforts. No long laundry list of requirements or rules, very reasonable! Lovely and relaxing.
