Welcome to our modern, spacious vacation rental, featuring a stylish interior and a private backyard pool, all situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located just 15 minutes drive from the world-famous Niagara Falls and the charming downtown area of Niagara-on-the-Lake—one of Canada’s prettiest towns. Enjoy great wineries, restaurants, golf courses, and outlet shopping nearby, as well as a post office, grocery and hardware stores, and a park with a children’s playground.
Bring the whole family to this wonderful place, offering plenty of room for gathering and relaxing. With a modern and fresh interior, this spacious home is perfect for larger groups.

Enjoy two living rooms, a game room downstairs, and a private office equipped with a desk and chairs. The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, cups, cookware, and essential cooking supplies.
The king bedroom features a balcony overlooking the beautiful green space and pool area, along with its own private full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom with a bathtub. There’s another full bathroom in the lower level, where you’ll find a daybed with a trundle (sleeps two), the office room, and a game table. A convenient powder room is also located on the main floor.
Guests can access the entire house except the garage.

You must be 25 years or older to book this house. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including both overnight guests and visitors.
Please be aware that the Niagara-on-the-Lake noise bylaw is enforced 24/7. This means that at any time of day or night, guests cannot create excessive noise outside that may disturb the quiet neighborhood. This includes loud music, prolonged loud conversations, or yelling.
Bringing extra guests or visitors without informing the hosts, as well as hosting loud parties, will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
Pool Information:
The pool is open from the last week of June until Labor Day weekend in September.
Enjoy full access to your private pool, which is not shared with others.
Please note that the pool is chlorine-based and does not have a heater. Water temperature will vary based on the weather.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: We strive to accommodate our guests’ early check-in requests. If we don’t have guests staying the night before, we can usually offer early check-in as early as you need. If there are guests checking out on the morning of your arrival, we can likely offer check-in around 3 PM at the latest. Unfortunately, we won’t know how early we can accommodate check-in until the day before your arrival, so please check in with us again then.
For check-out, we would appreciate it if you could leave by 11 AM, as our cleaning shifts are pre-scheduled. Thank you for your understanding!

Summary: Just 2 issues - It took a bit to figure out how the door code works, both unlocking and locking - it took me at least 3 tries before I could get it unlocked each time, and guessed incorrectly at the locking procedure. We don't do this much so having a bit more instruction here would have been appreciated. I find advertising tv is misleading because you don't have tv coverage available. We have a smart tv at home and tv from Bell. We don't have a streaming platform, so really you don't have tv since we would have had to bring our own package with us to use the tv. This would deter us from coming back since we couldn't use the tv, smart or not.

Summary: Five ladies on a short getaway to Niagara on the Lake and for the first time renting a VRBO and we are so happy we did! We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again! The house is beautiful, clean and it had all the essentials. The owner was very good at communicating with us before our trip, answering all questions or concerns. The pool was closed for the season but looked very nice. We knew this ahead of time since our stay was in September. The location of the house was very centralized to all the wineries, St Catherine, NOTL and The Falls. We ate at "The Grist", which is just up the street from the house.....their Pizza and their Beer Cheese Pretzel are the best!! Thank you Jing....we loved the house!!

Summary: We are in the NOTL area for my godson’s wedding and Jing’s property was 17 minutes from the wedding venue. House is exactly what’s advertised. Very clean, lots of room and ideal property for what we need. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the pool. Bonus is the winery and restaurant that is close to the property. We will book this property again given the circumstances.

Summary: Communication w/ the property manager, Jing, was consistently professional, thorough, friendly and timely. We were a little nervous renting a house in a foreign country, but we are so glad we stayed here! The location fit so well with our interests, which were mainly Niagara Falls on US and Canada side. Most attractions we wanted in both countries were a 20 or less minute drive. It was mostly very clean, but silverware wasn't washed thoroughly. We felt safe there. The decor was attractive. The beds were pretty comfortable. The air hockey machine was fun. Couches were comfy. Showers stayed hot for 5 of us and had good pressure. Pool was clean with fun floats for kids. I gave an overall full 5 stars, but it is more like 4.5 stars, based on the following: pool is indeed cold, but my real issue with it is it is barely safe to jump into because the concrete interior extends inward so far. I banged my feet and daughter injured toe because of this. While ac worked well, I had confirmed prior to stay it would not be locked at a certain temp and it appeared to be locked until after mentioning it to Jing and then it changed the next day. MBR did not have ceiling fan as pictured, but Jing brought a fan upon request (I sleep hot). There was a security camera by garage that was not mentioned in ad. Jing came by twice to work on pool. MBR shower door would not close. Pizza cutter needed. A TV in MBR would be nice. Overall, we'd highly rec. this property for fun and location!
