This beautiful, waterfront home is located in a charming neighborhood right on lake Washington with close proximity to many local attractions and minutes from downtown Seattle, as well as the SeaTac International Airport. This two-story property has throughout-hardwood floors, 2 fireplaces, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The huge master bedroom has a sitting area, king-size bed, a queen-size futon, and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The balcony from the upper-level living room brings you a panoramic view of the lake where you will find the captivating sun dancing on the lake before setting in for the evening, while the ground floor grants you access to your own private swimming pool (seasonal June - mid-September), and 21,600 acres of the beautiful lake Washington (our outdoor pool is open from June till end of September due to weather conditions). You will be given privilege to access the dock for water activities on the lake during your stay. You maybe able park your boat at our dock, depending the size of your boat and space availability of the dock. Additional dock fee will be applied for boat moorage. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, silverwares, pots & pans, a full-size refrigerator, granite countertops and custom cabinets. The laundry room includes a complimentary washer, dryer and laundry detergent for your convenience. This house is completely furnished for your comfort and relaxation. We invite you to come in and make it your home for a while.
P.S. In compliance with our neighborhood's ordinance and VRBO's regulation, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Owner reserves the right to access the dock at all time.

Summary: Exactly as presented. Great place for 8 family members. Can’t beat the view. Kitchen well-stocked. Stayed over Christmas so we did not get to enjoy the pool or lake. Great location and convenient to great dining, Top Golf, markets, etc. 15-20 minute drive to DT Seattle. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: It was a great set up for spending time with family and friends. Being just off the road kept the car noise down. Nice to have a heated pool for the early risers.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this property. The location simply can not be beat. Lakefront AND a pool - win win! There was an ant problem; however, the host rectified that and made it right. The location says it sleeps 12 but I would say realistically it is more comfortable with 8 people as the pull out couch is so uncomfortable it's like sleeping on a board. 1 or 2 people could potentially stay on the couches though as they were decently comfortable. All in all, I would recommend this place!

Summary: The house was clean and the location was ideal. Mattresses were very firm which hurt my back over the time I was there but I’ve had worse! Lots of spiders when we first arrived so they may have just treated the property but it subsided as the weekend went along. The pool was great and the wildlife around the property was near to watch at night. Easily accessible to downtown with planning. I highly recommend this site. The property owner was so nice and great to work with! It is a challenge locating the house at first though. I suggest Google Maps and realize it’s NOT on the actual street listed. Their addressing is difficult in that community.
