Summary: The house was amazing. It had plenty of space! Neighbors were noisy from 9pm until about 3am, which can honestly happen anywhere. Unfortunately, a car sitting nearby had the music loud enough to shake the entire house in the middle of the night. For what we needed it was more than sufficient.

Summary: We were so excited to be able to maKe our memories in this home for our first family vacation agter adopting 2 of our daughters this past March. The property owner was amazing and responded quickly. The house we wished we could bring the house home back to New York. We fit perfectly. Met the neighbors they were great friendly. Made us feel welcomed.

Summary: The house was suffice and decorated very tastefully decorated. Robby was attentive to our needs and concerns. The A/C thermostat needs to be on very low (70 degrees) in order for the 2nd floor to be comfortable. For this reason, you may be very cold on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor had hair in sink and tub and there was a lot of sand. The rest of the house was very clean. The house is situated in the beginnings of a run-down trailer park. There is no evidence of new construction. The people across the street party until 12 every night so bring earplugs to muffle the sound. Yes, it's that loud. However, they are friendly. With that being said, I still felt unsafe because of the comings and goings across the street and neighborhood. Grocery stores and Lax fields were close and the house itself fit our needs.

Summary: Clean, lovely house!! Owner was extremely responsive and lovely to interact with. We had zero issues and would consider this property again in a heartbeat.

Summary: House was even better in person. Had everything you would need. Neighbors were a little loud but didn’t bother us. Went for a baseball tournament and was very easy to find. Never had to worry about traffic b/c there was backroads that was the same distance.

Summary: House is brand new, with new construction. Beautiful new appliances. The house sits in a trailer park which is a bit of an eyesore. Neighbors were loud and the walls were thin. The house was hard to find with Google maps but host was helpful in giving better directions. Previous tenants had left cigarette butts all over the backyard which we cleaned up. Overall, stay was good but would have stayed somewhere else if I would have known more about the neighborhood.
