This is a very Nice Newer Construction Home ready for guests! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath and is in a cozy neighborhood. One room has a queen bed; the other a twin bed.
The sofa may also be used as a bed. Home boasts a nice park-like setting front yard area and a very spacious backyard with a bougainvillea-surrounded trellis, leading to a nice newly-built fireplace.

Summary: We stayed at the house on for a birding festival and it was perfect! 15 minutes from both the airport and convention center. The cleanest rental we have ever stayed in, hands down. There were a full and queen sized bed, two sink bath, and full kitchen. The yard was fenced, and very well lit at night. A great stay, thank you!

Summary: This little house was perfect for our needs, as we were a couple plus another friend in town for a birding festival. The beds were quite comfortable, and the second bedroom has a full sized bed, not a twin as indicated in the listing. The co-host lives right across the street, and was good about communicating when I texted her. Check-in and check-out was super easy. There are a ton of free-roaming cats and dogs in the neighborhood. One little dog seemed to appoint himself our guard dog and was waiting on the porch most mornings. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Summary: It was easy to access the highways, food delivery was available in the area and grocery store. The home was cozy and all you need for a few weeks business stay or personal! Host was great!
