Summary: House was as described. We had a great time there. Supplies were fully stocked. The host was very quick to reply to questions and requests. There was room for all 10 of us. We will come back next time we go to Wilmington.

Summary: We stayed at the entire house. (I believe that the property is divided into two units.) the house is spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable for our group of 7, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Good kitchens (because we took the entire place there were 2) with coffee, snacks, water, seltzer, and supplies. Easy walk to heart of Wilmington, and easy drive to the sights in the Brandywine valley.

Summary: Our group was a bit smaller this year, but the accommodations were just as great! Entire house was on point, and the bonus amenities are certainly a nice touch. We'll be back next year as long as it's available!
