Summary: Huge comfortable property. Great location right in historic district. Owner went above and beyond with amenities supplied. Bathrooms and kitchen counters/sink were very clean. Porches could use a little cleaning though.

Summary: A great space, we will come again! Two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Very quiet considering there is a restaurant below. My only issue is that we could not use the bath tub. Not enough hot water during the night.

Summary: The apartment is much larger than the pictures show. It is supplied with so many extras that I have never seen in any other rentals. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Jefferson. The owner responded promptly to all our concerns. However, there is a problem with large bugs (what we have always called water bugs). I hesitated to include this in my review because I feel they are doing everything they can to prevent them, but it’s not really working. I believe it is just a given during warm months in these older buildings which are situated near bodies of water. That being said, I wish I had known so I’m including it in my review. Everything else was great.
