Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful chateau! The owners were extremely friendly and polite, and even waited for us until 23:00 to welcome us. Their daughter kindly showed us around and helped with translation in English, which made us feel very comfortable. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom, and everything was spotless. Since we arrived late at night, we only discovered the breathtaking view the next morning—what a treat! Having breakfast outside with a stunning view of St. Michael’s Castle was unforgettable. The property also offers free parking, which was very convenient. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this place . A perfect choice for anyone visiting the area!

Positive: Beautiful location and lovely and quiet. Great for star-gazing, and fantastic view of Mont St Michel in the morning.
Negative: There could have been a greater variety of food at breakfast, e.g. fruit and yogurt.

Positive: The property was beautiful and perfect location. The host was very pleasant to our faces.
Negative: The property was great. After our stay which I thought was very pleasant, the host emailed that there was extraordinary damage done to the room, which was just not true. It was so odd because she accused my daughter and I of doing things to her lamp which we used the lamp only as intended and she said there was blood all over her sheets.. which I’m not sure how that would even be the case as I’m assuming she is referring to menstrual blood which I can not have and my daughter was not on her cycle. Neither of us were injured and no nose bleed. The whole message seemed very unfounded and then she demanded we pay $400. A friend’s mom lives in the area and said there can be some xenophobia towards Americans from locals and the host charges so little, perhaps this is a way she gets more money. I asked her to send pictures of the damage because I was legitimately confused what she was referring to and she did not. Sadly, this colored our view of our stay which was really a lovely stay. We are planning another trip to and would like to have stayed here, as well as I was looking forward to staying here with my partner for an upcoming trip; I was also planning to tell some friends who are visiting this region about this bed and breakfast. Unfortunately, I will not refer this place anymore as I do not think the host is honest and is perhaps prejudice against Americans.

Positive: It was so charming. The view of Mont St Michel was incredible. The breakfast was the perfect touch to our first morning in France. Mireille was a wonderful and very caring host. We wish we spoke more French, however she did utilize technology well to communicate with us! The view from our bedroom and private bathroom was the most fantastic cherry on top. It is in a great location.
