Positive: The hotel had excellent food and maintained great hygiene it offered snacks Inbetween meals and unlimited drinks thought out the day, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the animation team did an excellent job every night and kept us entertained the hotel had a mini shopping area which was realy handy the hotel room service was excellent can not fault anything .

Summary: I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and stay here again

Positive: Quality and variety of food was very good for an all inclusive package, there were plenty of sun beds and different pool in quieter area that adults could enjoy.
Negative: The main restaraunt was very noisy due to the size of gusts it catered for.

Positive: Around 9:30 in the morning, we arrived to the Ephesia, and our check-in time was at 14:00. When we showed our reservation at Reception the lady said our room is ready and gave us the room key, and requested us to leave for the restaurant before breakfast time is over. This was amazing.  The resort has excellent facilities and a lovely location. However, the pools' chilly water prevented kids from having fun in the water, which was a drawback. Restaurants offered tasty cuisine and were neat and tidy, although can be improved by displaying Menus name few  food's names were not display. Overall it was nice experience and would recommend to friends.
