Summary: The 11 of us had an amazing stay! The property is well designed and thought out for a rental home where family and friends could hang out together. The games and amenities took it over the top!

Summary: Wonderful stay! The house was comfortable and exactly as described. The location was convenient to local attractions, though the surrounding neighborhood could use some improvement. However, that shouldn't deter you. The only downside for me was the sound of the train horn late at night and in the morning. The host was very responsive helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Stayed here for 6 days. I want to leave the most honest review I can to help future guest make the best decision for them on where to stay. Communication with the property management was good. Spoke with them a few times regarding issues with the x box and one of the tvs not working, as well as when we arrived the hot tub had sand in it. Host stated was completely drained and refilled so I said not to worry about it. The house is a rough neighborhood. As described “transitional” neighborhood I wasn’t sure what that meant until we arrived. Just based off the location I would have liked to stay somewhere else especially for the price per night of this home. The neighborhood was quiet until Saturday night a neighbor 2 houses down had a party blasting music until cops came at 2 am. The house has foundation issues there are cracks in the walls that are not in the images for this listing. Tiles in one of the bathrooms are loose and grout is missing. I went to take a shower and the shower head had so much hard water it was spraying outside of the shower. I went to every shower head in the house and all had this issue. I cleaned them the best I could so water would say in the shower. Views from the patio/ windows are of run down houses/ houses with broken windows. One of the windows to a bathroom has a crack and seems to be partially broken. Came an across a baby cockroach in the kitchen. One of the coffee machines I could not get to work, would only put water in my cup.

Summary: Our 11 family members ages 18 - 82 enjoyed our stay. Great house & outside area for a family celebrating graduation! Wonderful! Five comfortable beds, large well appointed kitchen & plentiful indoor/ outdoor seating. Very convenient location for our needs.

Summary: The house was close to all the downtown places, with a lot of fun, easy things for kids and families to do in the spare hours. There is a very large group room for kitchen, dining table TV and a table hockey as well. Outside our family enjoyed the volleyball and the porch seating that overlooked the back yard, The hot tub was clean and easy to use and cover. We had a great time in the house.

Summary: Outstanding is the first word that comes to mind!!! The property is just as pictured on the app!! It was very clean, very modern with many conveniences, very roomy, very fun, and very centrally located!!! The property management was extremely helpful a d easy to communicate with. As many said, the neighborhood is much older, but we never had a problem and it was so centrally located with easy access to the interstates!! We sat/played out in the backyard and hot tub a lot!’ There was room for everybody to spread out and have their own rooms and bathrooms!! The decor was beautiful, with the biggest ceiling fan I have ever seen!! Kitchen and coffee bar was well stocked-and I totally appreciate all the shelf/cubbies in the family room!! I highly recommend this property!! We loved it❣️❣️

Summary: Flew in 8 of my friends for the weekend to show them SA and celebrate my 30th birthday. As other reviews state, the neighborhood can be deceiving but we had no issues at all! The house was big and there was a lot of room to hang out. The backyard and hot tub are amazing. We were about 10 minutes from the riverwalk and pearl area. Will definitely be staying there again for girls trips!

Summary: Went with family to celebrate the youngest in the fams 21st birthday. Was a little worried about the neighborhood and surrounding property but all in all felt very safe inside. Location was so close to everything, making Ubers cheap and even trips in the rental car quick and easy. Definitely would come back with even more people and utilize all the amenities. Perfect place for a huge group and good for even cooking some of the meals in house versus eating out every meal per usual on vacations. Owners were also so quick with responses. Never felt like a hassle! Loved my time there! Beds and couches were so comfy!

Summary: We had a great time in San Antonio and the house worked perfectly for us. Just a little out of downtown the location made for easy adventures into town and beyond. The house was set-up perfectly for our group of 8 but could have easily held more. The backyard was as advertised and allowed for some fun when not exploring the city. Neighborhood is still in transition but didn’t feel unsafe. Overall a great place to stay.
