Positive: Everything was great. From the hotel design, the gardens, the room, breakfast and polite staff with reasonable pricing for the rooms. Its a luxury hotel and the shows.

Negative: The hotel rooms (mainly) are starting to show their age. Especially the bathrooms need to be taken care of. Pricing on room service could be a little better.

Summary: Excellent but a few things could be better

Positive: Spacious room, comfortable bed, great pool and other facilities.

Negative: Buffet breakfast was good but could have done with a coffee machine (as only had black coffee, you had to pay extra for lattes etc) and choice of eggs (as only had fried) .. but that’s being picky.. all in all a great stay.
