Positive: Exceeded our expectations in every way. Staff were warm and welcoming, made us feel at home. Cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch. Food was delicious and variety was impressive. Perfect location for relaxation and exploration. We'll definitely return. Great value for the price. Overall got a wonderful experience, thanks to the staff. Our spacious room had a private balcony with a good view. The room was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The resort's culinary experience was exceptional! The in-house restaurant served a wide range of delicious cuisines, including local specialties and international dishes. The staff were attentive and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of excellent.
Negative: Everything was more than what we expected. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation.

Our Gardenia Cottage was cozy and beautifully appointed, offering stunning valley views that made every morning special. The infinity pool became our happy place, where we relaxed for hours surrounded by nature's beauty. Meals at the restaurant were a treat, especially the delicious Kerala appams that we still crave. The complimentary tea estate walk at sunset created magical family memories we'll cherish. A special thank you to the wonderful staff and management - your genuine care and attention to detail made our stay truly exceptional. From remembering our coffee preferences to your thoughtful recommendations, you made us feel like valued guests. This was one of those rare, perfect stays where everything comes together beautifully.
