Escape the city to this spacious 5BR / 3.5BA home with a heated pool and spa on 8 acres in the heart of Northern Virginia's Horse and Wine country. The house is professionally designed for large groups of adults and kids for family vacations, reunions, and retreats.
2 miles from the one-stop-light town of Marshall with nationally recognized restaurants, bakeries. And in the heart of Virginia's Horse & Wine country - 7 wineries, equestrian facilities/shows, and state park within 15 minutes.
Less than an hour from Washington DC, just off of Route 66/Route 17 you will find the property tucked away in a private wooded lot. Pull up the gated driveway and your family adventures await! Right when the kids hop out of the car they will run over to see the fenced-in, heated, in ground pool and spa that will provide hours of entertainment three seasons a year (April to October).
When you walk up the stamped concrete walkway you will enter the property and breathe in the modern design with all the conveniences you have at home. The house is designed and setup to allow the adults to socialize in peace while the kids get lost in amazement in the game room on the first level or massive movie room in the basement.

Adults can dine in style in the dining room which seats 8 while the kids laugh out loud at the kitchen table for 6 with 3 additional barstools. In total, there's dining space for 17 so you can spread out during meals.
Cozy up for morning coffee or after dinner drinks in the Hearth Room off of the kitchen with a fireplace that turns on at flick of a switch. The kitchen and hearth room flow easily onto the back deck with outdoor dining table for 8 and a clean grill for steaks, chicken and burgers.
Upstairs are four bedrooms - something for everyone. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and huge walk-in closet to keep any little ones close in a pack-and-play. Down the hall, past the laundry room, are three more large bedrooms: another King bed, a Queen bed, and a kids room with two teal bunks and kids books for night-time stories.
After the sun sets, before you tuck away for the night, enjoy the stone firepit which is right next to the pool. The kids can swim all night in a well-lit pool while the adults watch from a fire. But before bed, everyone should definitely enjoy a S'more!
The house is fully digital with guest accessing front and back doors by electronic key pads.
House is very private, sitting on 8 acres without a neighbor in site. Less than 2 miles from the quaint, one-stop-light downtown of Marshall Virginia. Enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning at the nationally recognized Rural Red Truck Bakery, have a memorable group dinner at Field & Main restaurant or a casual burger at Fosters Grill. Food Lion, 7-11, gas, pizza (with delivery), etc are all right there so you never have to go far to get what you need.
There are also 7 wineries within 15 minutes, Sky Meadows State Park for hiking and outdoor activities, and plenty of American history including Manassas National Battlepark also 15 minutes away.
Pool and spa are open April to October. Pool can be heated for an additional fee that varies based on the time of year (and the typical air temperature that month). If you are interested in heating the pool and spa please just ask!

Summary: This is a wonderful property with great outdoor space. We enjoyed the game room, the infinity game table in the basement, the pool/hot tub and the fire pit.Kyle was very responsive and great to work with.Kitchen inventory could be increased (we needed a masher annd seater during our stay but not everyone would need this) and there are some repairs to be done.

Summary: This lovely property in Marshall, VA hosted a boys getaway for a long weekend. The property had great amenities and space for all of us to get some peaceful R&R.The hosts Krystal and Kyle were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and making sure our needs were met. The house was well kept and stocked with all the essentials.I would definitely be interested in returning for another getaway in the future.

Summary: We had a small family gathering here around Christmas and we absolutely loved it! We immediately felt right at home. It is a gorgeous property, well appointed, and very comfortable. The game room was a huge hit with everyone. We're hoping to make it an annual tradition, hopefully for longer than one night next time!

Summary: This place is great! Spacious and comfortable with a beautiful outdoor area. Too cold in November for the pool but looking forward to using it in the future. The game room was a great pace to unwind after our sales meeting. Highly recommend this place. The owners were also very quick to respond to questions and very pleasant to work with.

Summary: What a beautiful home and property! The home is very spacious and beautifully furnished (and complete with toys and many games!). The pool and hot tub allowed many hours of fun, relaxation and conversation. Everything you need for a weeklong stay was provided (sheets, blankets, pool and bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even coffee filters!) Best of all, the owners were very responsive to questions!

Summary: We had a lovely stay. The property was exactly as described, and our family had enough space to spread out. Kyle went above and beyond to rectify some issues we noticed early in our stay. The kitchen microwave and the game room's space heater were not working. We told him about the problem, and the next day, he came out to replace both with brand-new equipment. You can tell that he is a property owner who cares about the condition of his home and the experience of his guests. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Summary: Our son was getting married at Airlie in Warrenton and we wanted to stay in a house over the long wedding weekend. We had a couple in their 70’s, a couple in their 50’s, two couple’s in their 20’s plus a 4 year old and 2 8 month olds. We needed a place where we could hang out and kids could play while we waited for events to begin each evening. On top of that, out of town family traveling to the wedding needed a place to come and change clothes and let their kids run before the evening wedding. This house was perfect. Wonderfully clean and neat, tastefully and comfortably decorated, and stocked with toys and games for kids of all ages. The plus was a beautiful pool that was heated upon request. The owners have not missed a thing in terms of fitting out the house and kitchen with everything a family needs. Convenient to everything - but still in the country with tons of privacy. No one had a single complaint about this house - and we are a hard bunch to impress!
