If you want a large luxurious family friendly home with plenty of activities, both at the home and in the community, this home has it all. It is also perfect for just 2 people! Enjoy the sunrise from the sunroom with your morning coffee and end the day on the front porch with a cold drink and watch the sunset over the hill. Private hot tub, lovely serene views of golf course and mountains. Several porches and decks to gather, cookout on gas grill or slip away for a quiet moment; everyone can have their own space. In the winter close by, you have snow tubing and ice skating at Highland Outpost, all year round tubing and coaster rides. Or try nearby zip lines at Highlands Aerial park, UTV tours, giant swings both less than 6 miles from the house or go a little further to Sapphire Valley for snow ski-ing and boarding. Highlands has fine dining and ice skating and great shopping. Children will find many activities to keep them occupied within the home, X-Box, foosball, air hockey and table tennis and child friendly magnet dart board. The adults can play too, with pool table, real dart board and the 4 person hot tub and firepit. The house gives you great entertainment too, there are both dish TV on main large screen TVs and Roku for easy streaming set ups on all TVs. Home has an extra futon bed in addition to regular bedrooms. Sky Valley has plenty of amenities with 18 hole golf course, hiking, waterfalls, swimming pool, tennis & pickle ball courts; fishing at the pond, full workout gym plus children's parks with swings and climbing frames. Summary: Angela was so sweet and very communicative which I appreciated. The house was lovely and very quiet. Although there was a variety of games to play, we stuck to the billiards and darts. We enjoyed the large TV in the living room as well. There is indeed a long and winding road to get to the house but we didn't mind it. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting this area. FYI - It is a solid 2 1/2 hour drive from the Atlanta airport.

Summary: The house is lovely, huge and well kept. Very well stocked with all the extras of a 5 star hotel. We were impressed. The drive up the mountain was a little challenging in a cargo van if you had to yield to an oncoming car. Kept seeing a cute little fox on the side of the road on the drive up :)

Summary: Of all our VRBO stays, this was hands down the best ever! The house was amazing and the space was perfect for the whole family. The bedrooms were very comfortable and laid out well with everything needed available. The pool table, foozeball, air hockey, darts, and other games were big hits with all ages. The hot tub was great and provided relaxation at the end of the day of visiting nearby relatives and enjoying the close by activities of hiking and driving to waterfalls, zip lining, swinging on the giant swing, snow tubing, and the kids’ favorite the mountain rollercoaster. If it is possible, we would give 10 stars to this outstanding mountain rental. Angela was wonderful with immediate responses to our questions. Thanks so much from the entire family.

Summary: My family had a wonderful, restful weekend away. We cooked all but one meal and were appreciative of the kitchen setup. There was everything we needed. Spring is a lovely time to be in those beautiful surroundings. Thank you for a really nice stay!

Summary: This home is absolutely perfect! Angela and John's home has everything you need to enjoy family members of all ages. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and board games. The sunroom was my favorite room, the view was amazing! The kitchen didn't lack for anything and so many extras were provided throughout the house. We loved snow tubing and hiking to several waterfalls. We are already planning to rent again next year! Thank you, Angela and John!

Summary: The home was amazing. Even though it rained two days of our stay, there was so much to do in the home to keep us all happy. The grandkids never complained. The hosts were exceptional. It's a VRBO we would come back to again.
