Positive: Amazing views, magnificent location, size of house, multiple porches /sitting areas, incredible yard, owner communication speed, price
Negative: Minor issues, owner quickly resolved. The rooms that have been updated are awesome! My fear is that when the house is completely updated, it will (and should) be out of my price range
Summary: This views are worth 3 times the price of one night!!

Positive: The location is supper.close centre of Alanya and the view to the sea-supper
Negative: The vila is about 100sq.m under the roof.:two floors first floor is little bedroom and open room and second floor living room with the kitchen.the rest is terace -view is very nice,but you can't sit in ,because of very laud music from the party boats.And it goes everyday till 3a.m.

Positive: Kenanโ€™s house is an amazing place where you will feel at home. Kenan and his wife were very welcoming - they waited for us with the keys and showed us around the house. The area is beautiful and the people are very friendly. You can either visit Tersane Beach (a short walk away) or easily get to Kleopatra Beach by taxi. The views from the balcony and the garden are amazing!

Positive: It was an amazing historical house right inside of Alanya castle with easy beach access. Very peaceful and quiet, away from the city noise. Breathtaking views of the city, sea, pirate ships and sunrise. Close walk to the best shops and restaurants. The whole surrounding takes you back in time and makes you feel special. Thank you Kenan for being a great host and giving us an opportunity to stay at your place. Will be back!

Positive: Spacious house, terrace with amazing view of the mountains, the sea and Alanya. The owner is pleasant, he agreed to settle us at night. For such a price, this house is a real find for us
Negative: It was a bit dirty. The air conditioning on the second floor didn't work. It would also be worth pointing out that the house is on a mountain (for us it was not a problem, but for people with a pram it can be a problem)

Positive: This is one of the few places where history, nature and comfort are combined. We really liked the terraces and the lawn where we spent time, as well as the interior style of the house. The owner is a very attentive person. Resolved some issues quickly. He helped us with airport transfer. He also recommended us interesting and best places to visit in Alanya, which we visited with pleasure.
