Negative: The heat was an issue, the wall heater was broken and a small space heater was provided instead. It was January and cold. Also, there were two microwaves, but no oven.

Positive: Location was great. Great view of ocean
Negative: The oven was in the bottom studio and you had to go outside to access it. Made it a little difficult to cook a meal. Better lighting was needed for stairs to studio. Only had space heaters for heating, a little drafty in winter month. No tv.

Positive: OK so this place is really sweet. The inside is all wood which makes it cozy and the view is beyond amazing. Like being in a birds nest way up high--then a quick walk down to the beach. Honestly, I don't know how you can improve on this.
Negative: 10 o'clock check out and 4 o'clock check in? So that's on the late end AND the early end. That's just to short. That's come in. Eat. Sleep. Leave. We called in the morning to get an extra hour. We said we had a sleeping child and could we have an hour---nothing crazy---that's leaving at 11! They said, No. You can only have a few extra minutes. That was the only sour note.
Summary: Over all the place is a stunner. Stunning cabin in a stunning setting. You may not find better.
