3 Bedroom Cottage in Capel Sound

Built in 1965, Capel Cottage for Families & Groups comes with a few modern features;
An open plan living area with AC, offering both heating & cooling, a faux fireplace heater to cozy up in during winter & a fully equipped kitchen, allowing for your preparation of meals to be enjoyed indoors or outdoors, on a spacious backyard patio, with a BBQ available for use in the veranda.
Being able to sleep a tight max of 15 adults or a comfortable 10 - 12 adults throughout the property.
The first room consists of 2 bunk beds that can sleep 5, with a ceiling fan & built-in-robe.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, USB wall charging outlets, ceiling fan & powder room, with 2x foldable/travel baby cots stored in the built-in robe.
The 3rd room consists of a bunk bed where the room can sleep 3, with a tabletop fan.
Part of the living area can be turned into a makeshift room by utilising the retractable door, which serves as a fourth room that sleeps 2 to 3 on the sofa beds.
An additional sofa in the open-plan living area serves as a pull-out bed, where you could sleep an additional 1 - 2.
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge + freezer, glass top gas stove, oven, Nespresso machine, coffee pods, tea, kettle, toaster, basic cooking equipment, utensils & crockery.
*Due to different dietary requirements, milk is BYO.
The property is prepared with linen, pillows & blankets to accommodate the number of guests the property can sleep.
Toilets & bathrooms contain basic amenities: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper & other various toiletries for your use.
Most of the outlets are covered with safety outlet plugs.

Summary: Everything was good overall, the house was big to fit a lot of people in but the only thing that I didn’t enjoy was there weren’t hot water and the electricity kept switching off the heater.

Summary: Beautiful home, Just it was supposed to cater for twenty people, and was only Just enjoying room for 10. Max 11 people. Over priced for what it was advertised for. The owners though absolutely lovely and were very easy to communicate with. Just feel it’s over priced and wrong in saying it can accommodate for a large amount of people. As everyone would be sleeping on top of each other and would have to get blow mattress or along those lines. Lovely little home though.

Summary: Property advertises a hot tub. There isn't one. The grass was nearly a foot high and therefore we didn't use the back yard. The two Barbecues were filthy. The shower was moudly and the lock in the toilet door was broken. Property advertises that it sleeps 20 but only 7 actual beds and three actual bedrooms. We had people sleeping in all the living areas. We stayed in another property the following week in the same area and it was nearly half the price and 10 times better.

Summary: House is not big enough for 20 people. Oven and BBQ were so dirty we couldn't use either. Backyard was untidy, grasses were long and lot of weeds.

Summary: The backyard is so big and we enjoyed so much, we used the BBQ and cooked two big paellas! The gas was empty and Irena gave us a full one so we could use the BBQ - she lives just across the road so the process was so quick! She is lovely, very friendly and relax :) Inside is not as big as the back yard but it fitted 18 of us to sleep! There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms and in the living room there are two sofa-beds. I totally recommend this property to enjoy with your family or have a get together with friends as I did! I will definitely come back! :) Thanks Andrej & Irena!
