Set deep in the mountains of the Wallowas, the cabin is less than 5 minutes (a short walk!) from a delicious selection of restaurants and fun including shopping, go carts, tram rides, putt putt golf, and hiking trails through the mountain. Our cabin home marries the amazing outdoors of the Pacific Northwest with comfortable and cozy living. We specialize in family vacations and romantic getaways with your other half.
Comfortably sleeps 8, including 3 bedrooms and a small couples cabin in the back yard. Both upstairs bedrooms have snug queens as well as an open loft with overstuffed chairs (perfect for your morning coffee and a good book!). On the main floor is the king bedroom, a large living area, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace that warms the home, as well as a beautiful and inviting kitchen with granite counter tops. A full bathroom with a washer and dryer
is just off the kitchen on the first floor.

Summary: Clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of seating for 5 adults. Two bathrooms on the description is counting the big cabin and small guest house, which was a little confusing to us. The request to wash, dry, and put away all towels was an issue. There was not enough time to get everything washed and dried before 11:00am check out. Overall we were happy with this property and would recommend it.

Summary: Wonderful property. Well stocked with all the necessities and very thoughtful touches. The location is perfect, nice and quiet. We had a great time playing games in the evening and exploring during the day. The only thing I would note is that the internet is a little slow in the evenings, to be expected and not a huge deal. Thank you for the great memories!

Summary: Large log cabin was the best stocked rentals we have ever been in. 1 mile from state park and lake but nice and quiet area. Small external cabin with bathroom worked out nice. Internet and streaming TV. Would stay again. Walking distance to 2 different miniature golf courses and tramway. Boat and wakeboard rentals at lake.

Summary: This is a beautiful three bedroom log cabin home close to Lake Wallowa! It definitely is in a good location as you can walk to the gondola, Lake Wallowa, hiking trails, putt-putt golf, go-karts, restaurants and ice cream. The log cabin is close to other cabins nearby and several blocks away from the main streets and campground and close to a river, but there's no access from the cabin itself. There was some construction going on at several houses nearby, so there were trucks going back and forth during different times of the day. There wasn't much of a yard, but there was a nice front porch to sit and have breakfast on. Some older bikes were provided which was nice! The home itself is very clean and nice with a kitchen and a table in the kitchen and a small living room and one bathroom in the main house with one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs with a large loft area. The bed downstairs is a king, the beds upstairs are very small mini-queens. My teenage sons were not able to fit in them together, so we ended up taking out a hospital mattress provided and put it in the loft and he slept there. The hospital mattress was not comfortable, so they took turns sleeping in the bed while the other one slept on the mattress. We had thought to use the little cabin out back for one of my teenage boys, but it was older and it didn't smell that great. They also didn't want to be on their own in the back. It does have a queen size bed and a bathroom, so someone could stay there if they don't want to be in the main house with everyone else. Everything in the log cabin was fairly nice and new and clean. The only problem we had was with the locks. When we arrived there at 7:30 at night the code for the keypad to let us in didn't work. We had to go to town to call the owner who fortunately answered the phone and reset the password as the password that was given to us was wrong. The next day my son used the small cabin and the lock on there was just a padlock and unfortunately he locked the cabin from the inside and shut the door, so there was no way for us to get back into the cabin as there was no key for it. We had to call the owner and ask if we could get a key for the cabin in which they said there was no key to get in. They said we could call a locksmith and have them come out and open the door for us and we were expected to pay for it. They did have a relative finally get it open. A nice place, but the lock situation needs to get fixed!
