Our private association beach is swim at your own risk. Step out the back door of our screened in porch, a 5 minute walk along the shore of Tripp Lake or a wooded adventurous path leads you to the fun at the beach. Har-tru tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball, badminton and bocce are a 2 minute walk, golf at Green Mansions Golf Course is a 5 minute drive . Games and all of the comforts of home are provided in our comfortable, mountain retreat. Tripp Lake is a non-motorized lake. Unit is not air conditioned.
