Positive: I liked the location and the fact that it's very family-friendly. My daughter loved the bouncing castle area and the swimming pool. The restaurant staff are also friendly and helpful. Breakfast was in plenty.

Negative: The changing rooms in the swimming pool were not clean at all. The rooms were clean enough, but someone should pay attention to the little chandeliers in the bedrooms. When staff promises to fix something, it should be fixed. Shower head was never brought to us and the Wi-Fi never worked. Just figured out I could use the other room's eventually.

Summary: The bungalow format definitely takes the cake!

Positive: The food was excellent however the location was off. the breakfast location was equally very cold hence the food got cold very fast

Negative: - the reception staff did not give full information then the next morning they came with additional charges - the reception staff allocated us to someone else room then we had to be reallocated afresh - the bathroom in the room did not have a cubical for the shower hence the toilet side got wet including the tissue paper

Summary: Good place but much needs to be worked on in terms of keenness of staff and the breakfast location
