Positive: Fantastic view of the Espeletia forest from the room, atop a hill. Beds with blanket heaters! The walk in the Espeletia forrest fantastic

Positive: Nice setting in paramo, cabanas are great, with lovely enclosed deck. Nice staff.

Negative: Expensive for the experience. It’s right next door to Polylepis(?) lodge which appears to be much more luxurious and more trails for a few dollars more. We had a cold night there, no electricity in the night due to county-wide outages.

Summary: Nice place but Lodge next door is much better.
