Positive: Our entire stay was fantastic! From first booking Mr Nelson made contact and was very helpful! On arrival we were met by Me Luis who was extremely helpful and both him and Mr Nelson were on hand 24/7 to answer any questions very promptly during our stay. The villa is very well equipped with all modern equipment. The beds a very comfortable which was great! It has great views over Braga! Uber taxi and uber eats are available at this house also which is great! I stayed with my wife, 4 year old son and another couple and the house was so spacious for everyone. A big plus is A/C in every room which works perfectly! There is coffee and a coffee machine for free use which is a nice extra to the normal kitchen items. All showers and bathrooms have shampoo / conditioner as you would expect from a hotel along with fresh towels. Every detail was made to ensure a good stay with our son! Mr Luis arrived to help with cleaning the pool on my request and arrived with fruit, baked goods and pool accessories for my son which was such a thoughtful gesture. The sun travels around the house and leaves the pool around 5 pm but there is a beautiful terrace to the front then to take in the remaining sun until around 8pm. This house really feels like a new, modern home from home in a leafy quiet area. We would have stayed longer if we could have.
Negative: It is nice to have some start off items in the kitchen cabinets but perhaps maybe empty cupboards for dried foods ect Also as we liked to keep the house clean it would be good to have access to a vacuum. We did get a brush and mop on request, Mr Luis sorted this out right away. I know this would not be vital as housekeeping is available on request but we opted to keep the house ourselves.
Summary: Fantastic property unlike any other stay we have had!

Negative: - Local maintenence team was complicated to communicate to - does not speak English - Cleanliness could be improved, especially in kitchen area, had to double clean everything before usage - Unheated pool can be a bit too refreshing 🙂

Positive: This is a spacious, modern, very well equipped apartment. It's situated in an outer suburb of Braga and it is about a 10 minute drive to Braga Centro. There are shutters on every window which allowed us to have a good night's sleep. We used the washing machine and clothes drying rack. (no electric dryer available) Our bedroom was at the back of the property away from any street noise. The views from the property are nice. Communication with the owner prior to our visit was good. Luis, who met us at the property, indicated that we could contact him if needed.
Negative: There are several levels on the property. There are 17 steps up to the front door of the property, up to the bedrooms, and down to the laundry/ garage. This was only a problem when we were lugging heavy suitcases. The garage can only be operated manually from the inside, so we were advised to park on the street. We would have appreciated some tourist information and advice on our arrival other than just maps and a pamphlet.

Positive: We had a wonderful time in this house! It was very spacious and beautiful. The description and photos perfectly match the information on the website. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The windows offer a stunning view of Braga, and its convenient location makes it easy to reach the city's main attractions. A great bonus was the free parking. The hosts welcomed us warmly, and our communication was pleasant and friendly. We are very happy with our choice and would gladly return here again!
