Positive: I liked the pool area and staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice.
Negative: For a 4 star hotel the rooms are dated, bathrooms are tiny, the elevator are ridiculously slow. The coffee at breakfast was horrible and the male servers during breakfast were rude and kept purposefully ignoring us. It wasn't the best 4 star I've stayed at.

Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, which made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily to a high standard. The pool areas were also well-maintained and never overcrowded — we always found a free sunbed without any hassle, which was a big plus. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of tasty and fresh options, with something for everyone. Overall, everything was great — from the service to the atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again!
