Positive: Hotel is absolutely stunning, the staff are all professional, friendly, accommodating & helpful. It isnt the closest hotel to the city centre, however its less then a 10min walk away and not far at all. Breakfast was great, on check in we received a free room upgrade and our room was gorj and super cosy. The pool was amazingg and so warm which is exactly what you want in Patagonia. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.
Negative: The heat through the hotel & rooms is kept hot & toasty. Given the climate I can see why this is necessary. However, I felt a little suffocated from the heating throughout the place, it was up way to high. That is my only complaint.
Summary: Absolutely stunning hotel. We would stay here again!

Positive: The hotel is lovely and the barman is amazing, the rooms spacious and comfortable
Negative: The location is a tiny bit to far from town, which meant we had to drive there every time as we traveled with elderly people. Some of the staff could've been a little bit more polite and the breakfast was pretty basic and boring for a hotel of that standard
Summary: Nice option, tad overpriced for the location and breakfast option

Positive: Nice view of the lake . Close enough to walk downtown
Negative: Strangest access Ive ever seen . No portico to pull a car up front to unload.. had to park in small unmarked parking lot on side and hoist baggage down some steps to enter. Checkin and checkout slow. Breakfast below average. Staff seemed demoralized.
Summary: Kau Yatun much better choice for less money.
