Positive: Location is 150m from Taksim square. Surrounded by restaurants,coffee shops and stores.

Negative: Due to lack of capacity, We were redirected to nearby hotel, maybe with better amenities, but everyone was polite and helpful.

Positive: Nothing significant. Everything was very good overall.The reception team was excellent, especially Mohamed. He was very kind, professional, and always helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good, and the location is perfect and right in front of Taksim with easy access to the metro and tram. The restaurant was also a highlight, offering a very special Turkish food experience. The food was extremely delicious.

Positive: It is close to city centre.staff helpful and friendly.breakfast was very good.I suppose to make a phone call didn’t have turkish line ,one of the staff Hakan helped me to use his phone .that was good of him.
