Any disturbances leading to police intervention, neighborhood complaints, or rule violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Absolutely no parties are allowed. If any damage occurs, kindly inform us before departure. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises; a $500 cleaning fee applies. We are not pet-friendly; a $500 deodorizing fee per pet applies. Service animals are welcome with prior notification. The maximum overnight guests allowed is thirteen, and occupancy must not exceed sixteen people at any time.
