Positive: The place looks small from the outside, but it was amazingly spacious and beautiful on the inside. Although the description mentioned twin beds, to our surprise, there was a beautiful queen bed in each of the three bedrooms and no twins. Our stay was very short because we arrived so late and left early. The owner was very responsive to our messages.
Negative: The neighborhood is sketchy and roads are narrow with lots of cars parked on the street. Fortunately, there is a locked parking area behind the apartment for the three apartments located in the building. The apartment was greatly lacking in extra supplies that a place should be furnished with, particularly for a longer stay. We didn't have enough bath towels for 6 adults. There wasn't any dish soap or dish cloths or extra dishes...bare minimum. Nice fridge! If you need to leave early on a school day, be prepared for lots of traffic right outside of the apartment. Students are walked by adults to a waiting area across the small street and wait for busses to pick them up. This holds up traffic and was often at a stand still. Plan accordingly.

Positive: I like that the owner was very attentive and checked to make sure everything was 👍🏾 okay, the parking made our vehicle feel very secure.the place although it's on the 3rd floor it's nice and does look just like the photos.i would stay again because although I mentioned a few minor mishalghs. The stay was comfortable, and the esthetics were pleasing.
Negative: I didn't like that the smoke detector kept beeping loudly, and that there is a TV in only the last bedroom and the living room and neither 1 would connect to able to watch them.Also there is no plundger and the toilet stopped up once.

Positive: The atmosphere and cleanliness of the property was astounding. There is an onsite parking space on the back of the building which is also private. Facilities were great and all the beds were made. We loved it!
Negative: Maybe just specify that it is on the third floor? Not really an issue as it was easy to figure out, but some guests may try to open the other doors.
