Positive: The room and bathroom were absolutely massive. The hotel itself had everything you could need in once place. The staff were really friendly and accommodating

Negative: The pillows were flat and limp. The bathroom had hairs left in it. Quite a distance out from the main tourist sites.

Positive: Excellent hotel and great value for money. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the spa area was excellent and well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

Negative: My only complaint was the minibar pricing — €5 for a bottle of water was excessive.
