Positive: Only stay one night. It is a new townhouse so the feeling is nice. There are lots of eatery nearby but driving to get there is necessary. Furniture in the living room is nice. Kitchen is set up but bring your own food and drinks. The area is quite. Air conditioning is good but in the middle of the night when outdoor temperature cool down, the A/C also stopped and air in my room became stuffy. Could not open the window because it rained outside and humidex was high. Maybe a floor fan is helpful. Washroom provides tampons, cleansing wipes, one time use tooth brushes, tooth paste, Q-tips, shavers. Price is half or one third of the downtown hotels. That is the only attraction to me.

Negative: The host demanded Gov't ID copy sent to them for information to check-in. It was not stated in the booking information before I booked or I would not have booked this place. Location is in the Gloucester area, need driving 30 minutes to downtown, not including rush hours. Although the house is new, the host needs to be more diligent to vacuum the floors. I can see dust around , on the borders, lamps. The return air duct plate inside my room show colored dust. The set up in my room and the washroom are basic. The window covers are thin papers blinds. It does not block out light at all. Certainly no privacy in the evening when the light in the room is on. The closet is those six feet wide double door closet but no clothes hanger! The bed is foam (memory foam) mattress. It's not firm/ out of shape already. Also, foam mattress traps warmth. No extra toilet paper. Shower -- one large refillable bottle of liquid skin soap. Difficult to handle. No shampoo and conditioner. Ground floor has a powder room, no window covering, no toilet paper. Imagine 4 groups of people using one bathroom!

Summary: The stay is not great but not bad either.
