Positive: Have been there before and coming back gladly some other time too. The surroundings are simply amazing. We had the two bedroom apartment which had all you can wish for. The restaurant was great and the zoo on the premises is very nice. You can take nice walks on the grounds and there is a playground for the little ones also. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Negative: Would be great if the two bedroom apartment would have a washing machine.

Positive: The swimming pool was a nice surprise but cold.

Negative: The fridge door was opening oj the bed side, so it was uncomfortable to use it. Sockets are in strange place. And the kettle could be ON only on the floor ((

Positive: We loved our stay here. Very beautiful place, its like a small village with lots of houses, plenty of space to take walks, even has a petting zoo for the little ones, some swings and a restaurant. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed in one of their two bedroom apartment which had everything we could ever want. The staff were lovely and helpful. It has a shelter but thankfully, we never had to use it.

Negative: We honestly loved everything about our stay so I can't think about something that we disliked.

Positive: The stuff solved all the problems with our room effortlessly. The room was superb, in ethnic style but warm and with all necessary facilities (heaters, kettle, fridge, bathroom, hairdryer). Great breakfast (not included but from the restaurant breakfast menu). The place was also very pleasant: funny donkeys and raccoons in the mini-zoo put the kids in awe whereas we enjoyed the calmness of the trees, yellow leaves etc (luckily it was a workday, I suppose it get crowded on weekends).

Negative: There was some problem with acceptance of our booking (because apparently some people thrashed the room we were supposed to stay in) but eventually they put us in a bigger and more comfortable room so no complaints here except for a short period of uncertainty. Then again we booked very late.

Summary: Great place to enjoy the nature
