Positive: The welcome by the staff was exceptional, they made us feel welcome, explained all the facilities and offered us a refreshing welcome drink! Assited with our luggage. The breakfast was delicious, warm and presentation of the food outstanding! The chef needs to be complimented; we also had dinner with them which was an outstanding three course meal exceptionally resented. Rodney, the manager went out of his way to book us on a game drive, nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly give them a 5++ Star rating.
Negative: Honestly, nothing it was just what we needed... a peaceful break!
Summary: Exceptional service, facility for those seeking to unwind surrounded by nature. Highly recommend!

Positive: It’s within the wildlife estate. Ease of access. Clean. Sweet staff. Outdoor shower.
Negative: Fixtures, furnishings, toilet lids that were unstable rickety and cheaply made. Linen that wasn’t pure cotton. No kettle or tea station in room. Rooms that had little soundproofing making privacy or good sleep difficult.

Positive: Lyle, Sara & Rodney were amazing hosts. Made us feel so welcome. They were warm and inviting. The rooms had everything we needed. Food was excellent. Also had a fun walk with Arya their awesome dog.

Positive: There is a lot to say about the quality of the lodge, the welcome given by the hosts and the services they offer. The quality of the place, the bedding, it's a place to recharge your batteries with hosts who listen to their guests, who are family-oriented, chic and immersed in South African nature. The lodge is new but with their strong personality, they have really respected the concept of a lodge. The staff are great, attentive and attentive to our needs As soon as we left we wanted to come back.
