Positive: Food was good and there was plenty of it served buffet style for breakfast and dinner. outstanding staff, especially a very pleasant young lady who was as from Venezuela. Game room was not that exciting and the sauna was broken while we were there.
Negative: I expected more taste from food in Italy. I wish the lobby had better lighting.

Positive: The friendly staff is what makes this hotel special in my opinion. The food was also good and easy. It was served buffet style for breakfast and dinner with a set menu. Every room had their own table set up and drinks could be ordered if needed. There was plenty of choices of appetizers and veggies and the staff were really kind and professional. Free hotel parking and ski deposit room were great.
Negative: The main lobby lights were so dim in the evening. The space has a whole lot of potential. A little activity or games for the kids would have been nice. The sauna was broken during our stay. It’s really nice to have access to a sauna after multiple ski days. There was intense sewer gas smell in our room the first night. Thankfully the hotel switched our room and we saw a technician trying to fix the ventilation fan, so they were very quick to respond.
Summary: Great value for a family hotel with ski in-ski out access and amazing staff

Positive: Great views. Location - near ski lift and baby slopes - very comfortable for family with kids. Dinners are delicious. Receptionists are very helpful. Big parking.
Negative: Not very clean floor in some far areas, water on the floor after shower. No vegetables or greens for the breakfast.

Positive: very close to the cable car and lift. The staff are very friendly and always smiled. The room is big and clean with a balcony towards to the beautiful views of the snow mountain. The breakfast is simple but quite delicious and enough for us. The ping-pong is free and we enjoyed it a lot.

Positive: The location is superb, with more than adequate parking with breath taking views. The staff were superb especially the ones on reception who were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was really good, the room was big with a comfortable bed
