Summary: this place was very clean and nice, beds were comfy. host was very nice and polite, she was waiting for our arrival. suggested the best place to eat and was wonderful. Bathroom was clean and had nice towels. it was not in the best part of the city but we just stayed one night and it was fine.

Summary: My recent stay at this hotel was primarily driven by its proximity to the airport, which was essential for our 6 AM flight the next morning. In that regard, the location was perfect and served its purpose well. However, the booking and check-in process left much to be desired. When booking online for four adults, the system repeatedly tried to assign us four beds, which we didn't need. With no other options available, I ended up booking for only three people. Upon arrival, we tried to explain the situation to the front desk, but the experience was far from pleasant. The staff member was unfriendly and ended up charging us an additional $52 USD, which, while I was willing to pay, felt like a forced transaction given the online booking limitations. The negative interactions continued when my fiancé requested extra towels. The front desk's response was curt, stating we could only have one. This lack of basic hospitality was disappointing. Ultimately, while I would consider staying here again purely for the convenience to the airport, the unfriendliness of the front desk staff significantly detracted from our experience. Improvements in customer service would make a world of difference.

Summary: Spacious penthouse! The receptionist went out of her way to provide directions. She also made a recommendation for dinner, which was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel whenever you’re in the Fiumicino airport area.

Summary: Location is a 10 - 15 minute cab ride from the airport. Room was comfortable and we slept well. The Wi-Fi internet in our room was spotty - fine for checking email, but not ideal for business/work. There was a mini bar for snacks and water for purchase. No on-site dining options, but there are a few restaurants within a 10-minute walk. No breakfast was available, but the staff made some great coffee for a reasonable fee. Staff was attentive and helpful with touristic information and dining recommendations. We used the hotel shuttle service to take us to Rome & back, and also back to the hotel. The driver Luigi was very helpful and friendly.

Summary: Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Arranged a shuttle for the early morning. Room was spacious for 3 people. Decor is dated but perfectly adequate for a night before a morning flight. We arrived from the train station but we must have missed a sign for “local taxis”. Ended up taking an airport taxi was annoyed that we weren’t going to Rome. I’m still unsure if the best way to get to the hotel from the train station.
