Summary: A few improvements would go a long way here, such as nicer bed linen and a better mattress. The property is nice if a little dated. Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi did not work in our room. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Summary: We stayed in Hotel Europa 25 years ago and went back to Ferrara for my Big Birthday so decided to stay at the same Hotel. Staff are very friendly and the Hotel is just as we remembered it. We were even given a room upgrade which made the trip even more special. Thankyou.

Summary: I really liked Hotel Europa. Easy to get to with bus lines 1 and 9 to and from the station. Ferrara a great base for a longer stay as well as exploring this vibrant city. Fabulous breakfast included.

Summary: Charming hotel, with lots of character - like the city! - extremely close to the spectacular fortress, cathedral and wonderful museums. Quiet building, substantial breakfast, smiling & helpful staff.

Summary: Right in the middle of the old town, with convenient parking in a rear courtyard. Close to sights and food. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, and my bathroom was huge.
