Summary: Overall it is very good. Service at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Tubs are hard to get in and out of and slippery. Better to have shower stalls. Drains in bathroom are a bit clogged. Great location in old town. Would recommend.

Summary: Busted and Old AC unit made exaggerating noise all night. Room is way small for EU standards. Seems that the Hotel was 4 stars some years ago. Lobby is beautiful and classy but that’s it. Theres no parking. Period. Don’t ask. Location is perfect and close to everything. Wish they do some renovations and mayor maintenance soon, very promising hotel.

Summary: Stayed for a couple of nights in their presidential suite, which was truly spacious and lovely. The hotel building itself is grand, historic, and full of character. Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges — such as for the garage and minibar — which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards. Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality.
