Summary: All good, grate place!! Only problem they gave me a different room from the type i booked… but was ok.. anyway in front of the sea. I love this hotel !!

Summary: Definity an older building with visible wear and tear and little sound protection so you hear everything all the time. Breakfast was not included and is ridiculously priced if you do want to pay for it. Wifi did not work well, it would work for 5 mins and then go out. Rooftop terrace was lovely to sit and have a cocktail, and the view was 10/10. Good location on waterfront but far from train station, paid parking. Staff were nice enough.

Summary: The hotel provided a truly exceptional experience, characterized by its beauty, elegance, professionalism, and top-tier customer service, making it one of the best I have ever encountered. The views from my room were breathtaking and captivating, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the presentation was excellent. The hotel was conveniently located near the restaurant, the ferry, and a small beach, all within walking distance.

Summary: I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace.

Summary: Too expensive for what it is. The balconies are rusted and not kept up. The balcony furniture is uncomfortable and therefore you can’t really enjoy it. (Views are great though) There WiFi wasn’t working for half our stay so that was pretty annoying and all they gave us for it was two free drinks. (Kind offer but not enough for the inconvenience) We tried two different nights to get wine glasses sent up to the room, room service wouldn’t answer one night and then said “room service is closed” the other night. The concierge wouldn’t bring wine glasses up either both nights. Literally the only place I have ever stayed that couldn’t do such a simple task. With that said, the day staff was delightful and kind. I would just say there are better places to stay with the same type of view and for way less money. They want to be a luxury stay but fall just short. I had such high hopes because of all the other reviews and maybe we just didn’t luck out. Who knows! As for location, it’s an easy walk for the Port and Spanish Quarter.

Summary: Located in one of the best locations in Naples, right by the sea surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. Breakfast at the roof top terrace is a must do in Naples, overlooking the sea and Mt V. Highly recommended!
