Negative: Location is not so convenient to go out. But can book a taxi and wait 10 minutes. Indoor swimming poor for kids is not whole day, limited time.

Positive: Second stay as love the location and staff. Special shout out to Brendan the Manager super helpful and efficient. Also to Juan who manages the Pool area a real super star. All staff very kind helpful and willing to make the holiday amazing. We love it so much we are going back in 2026. Very easy to access sitges town centre. The breakfast at the holiday is so good. Brillant selection offered. Absolutely love it there cannot over state how much.

Positive: The property was luxurious it was elegant. It was classy. The staff were lovely. It was clean well run. It’s what I expect of a five star hotel and as those of you who read a lot of more reviews know a lot of five star hotels are just not up to the standards anymore. This one is it’s brilliant and this will be the place I will stay any time I am in the area. I had a wonderful week there working and some leisure lovely.
Negative: The only thing that would be nice is if there was a little shop to buy a few groceries that they could put somewhere in the hotel but apart from that everything was great
