Summary: This trip, my husband and I have 3 or more issues. No water twice, then slow running water and the bathroom floor was flooded more than twice. Yes, I did contact housekeeping and the thing that really upset me was, when housekeeping had the nerve to ask me, "Do you want me to bring you a bucket of water!" Like what is that especially, when I paid almost $2000 for this stay. I was really upset at this time. When I come to t this hotel, I always stay for 2 or more weeks. Not sure the next time.

Summary: My aircondition was working. My room's walls were very dirty but I was in the cheaper room. When the walls are dirty it makes you wonder if the bedding is clean too, however it smelled okay and looked okay. I think next time I will not go to the Junior room and see how the bigger rooms are.

Summary: Horrible experience. They claimed that even though I was able to make a reservation via booking, they had no room available for me. They insisted that I cancel but couldn't guarantee a refund. When I insisted they either give me the room or refund the money, they offered a room which was in horrible shape, with a broken A/C. Never again!

Summary: Despite the Expedia reservation showing "Free breakfast" as per the attached photo, I was told while having breakfast that "this package does not include breakfast, so you need to pay for it." Although I showed the photo, the front desk staff had an unsatisfactory attitude. I feel very displeased
